About Me
When my daughter was born, she cried A LOT. I remember so many moments sitting in the rocking chair, holding her with tears rolling down my face because I wanted her to nap so I could just take a shower. I had no clue what I was doing in regards to sleep. I figured she would just nap and learn to sleep on her own. Once she turned 6 months, I finally decided to sleep train her. She has been sleeping through the night ever since. Which meant I was getting sleep! I could finally be the mother I wanted to be, because I was well rested. And her temperament completely changed because she was getting the rest she needed and she started hitting milestones quickly! I thought to myself, if I can help just one mom, dad, family, who has reached the point that I was once at, all the struggling will be worth it. So I got certified as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting, and am ready to help families everywhere achieve better sleep!

Sleep Assessment:
First, I will send you an intake form that asks detailed questions about your baby's schedule, issues, and preferences for training.
Phone Consultation:
Then, we will have a conversation to go over your intake form and how I can best be of service to you and your baby.
Customized Sleep Plan:
I will build a custom plan based on your babies age and temperament, as well as provide different methods to choose from that will suit you and your babies needs.
Follow up/Support:
You will receive 1 full week of unlimited email and text follow up with me for any questions or issues that may arise. You will also get 1 phone call to use when you need.
